9. Siqns: ;

No parapet or roof top signs wiil be allowed. Only one sign shall be
permitted on each building of single occupancy. The area of such sign
shall not exceed 3~ of the total area of the exterior wall on whichthe -
sign is located. Buildings having more than one business occupant wi11
be allowed one sign for each such occupant; however, the combined area
of signs in buildings of multiple occupancy shail not exceed the total
area permitted for a single occupancy building. Signs confo rnning to the
foregoi~g may be located ori the wall of the buiiding or may be located
somewhere on the grou~ds as a free standing sign and shall list only the
occupants of the building by name.
All proposed signs must be shawn on the building elevation drawings and/or
the site plan when the construction documents as required i~ paragraph 3
hereof are submitted for approval to GEN~itAL. in additiar~, a sig~ s~ay
be placed adjacent to a loading dock to identify the occupant. These
additional loading dock signs shall have a maximum area of four square
feet. No advertising signs on the outside of buildings other than those
identifying the name, busTness and products of the person or firm occupying
the premises shali be pe nnitted, except that a s1g~ offering the premises
for saie or lease may be permitted. It is recaimended that reverse channel

All signs are to be approved in writing by GENERAL prior to appiying for
any required permit f rom public authorities.
10. Buildinq Heiqht Requirements:
The maximeim height of any building shall be thirty (30) feet.
11, Minimum Lot A~ea and lot Frontaqe:

All lots in the INDUSTRIAL PARK shall contain a minimwn of 20,000 square

' feet except that co rner lots shall contain a minimum of 30,000 square feet.

` Minimum street frontage for all lots shall be 100 feet except that corner
lots shali have a minimum street f rontage of 125 feet.
~ 12. Waste Disposal: '
No lot or tract or any portion thereof shall be used as a dumping ground
for rubbish or trash. Garbage o~ other waste shall be kept in sanitary
containers behind all buildings and shail be screened from view. All in-
cinerators or other similar equipment for the storage or disposal of waste

~ material shall be kept in a clean and sanita ry condition.
