Each owner or occupant of premises sftuated within the IkDUSTRIAI PARK
shall keep its premtses, buildings and i~ rovements in a safe, clean
and presentable condition at all times and shall comply in all respects
with all gove~nmental health, police and fire requirements and these
~estrictTons.
i 4 . Powe r ;
Power utllized in, developed or obtained for the operatio~ of any estab-
lishment within the INDUSTRIAL PARK shall be limited to electrical or
substantially equivalent type of power using oniy oil, gasoline, natural
gas or liquTd petroleum products or stmilar canbustible materials tn its
productton, or other fuel p roducts which do not produce excessive or
obnoxious smoke, odors o~ fwnes.
15. Utilities:
Whenever GENERAL DEVEtOPKENT UTILITtES, INC., hereinafter referred to as
"UTIl.ITIES", a subsidiary of GENERAL shal l cause to be -constructed water
distribution and sewer se rvice facilities for the various lots, tracts
and parcels of land encvmpassed by these RESTRICTIONS, the fee simple
awner of an improved iot, tract or parcel and/or the lessee occupying the
same shall, upon being given thtrty (30) days written notice, be required
to pay a meter and sewer assessement charge and utilize the water and
sewer se rvices furnished by UTILITIES. No individual wells or sewer dis-
posal system will be permitted on any buiiding site from and after the
date on which service is made available to same. However, if the waste f rom
any indtvidual property is such as to cause possible damage to the sewer
system or sewage treatment plant, and by reason thereof UTILITIES refuses
to aliaw its admission to the sewer system, then such waste is to be either

~ the sewer, or i~ lieu thereof, the owner or lessee may instalt an individuat

~ sewage disposat system after written approval thereof as to design and use

tioh and use has been given by GENERAL, and after the said system has been

i approved as to use, design and location by the Florida State Board of Health
' or any other governmental agency or agencies having jurisdiction over such
~ matters.
