AMENDMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT

This agreement made and entered into on the lSth day of
April, 1972, by and between OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC.,
a Tennessee corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor",
OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., A CONDOMII~IIUM, a
Florida corporation not for profit, hereinafter referred to
as "Lessee".

The Lessor and Lessee, each in consideration of mutual
agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
( recorded in OR Bk. 192 pg. 793 St.
agree to amend the Lease Agreement dated May 1, 1971,~ by and L u cie
' Co.)
_ between the parties by changing tre ~escription of the same
which shall read as follows:
Lying ancl being situated in St. Lucie County, Florida,
beginriing at the southwest corner of tract #16 of the
Nettles Island project of O.R,A. as recorded in plat
book 16, page 1H, St. Lucie County, Florida, which is
the point of beginning, thence N 21° 13' 52" W a
distance of 169.50,thence N 75° 29' 09" E 410't to a
point, such being 50'+ along the same course from the
wat e~s of the Atlantic Oceanrthence S 21° 13' S2" E
j 169.50' to a point located on the south property line
of tract #16 as defined above,thence, S 75° 29' 09"
W 410'+ to the point of beginning, excepting the south-
most 20 feet of said tract, as limited common use area,
such above described sub-tract of tract #16 containing
1.40 acres more or less.
