that suit was this day instituted by J. CURRY MENDES and MEDORA
Y. MENDENS, hfs wife, against GASPERO RALLI and ETHEL RALLI,
his wife, 609 South Ocean Drive, Beachcomber Apartments, Fort
, Pierce, Florida, in the 19th Judicial C3rcuit of Florida, in

described real property, to-wit:

of the REVISED PLAT OF PAI,M HA`1EN SUBDI-
VISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plst

of St. Lucie County, Florida;
AND
