MODIFICATION A(3REEMENT ~
THIS MODIFICATION AaREEI~+~NT, effective the 30th day o~'
June, 1971, by and between KAY TWO GROVE, LIMITED, a limited partne
ship under the laws of Florida, hereinafter called "KAY TWO", and
GONN~CTIGLiT ~ENFRAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Connecticut corpora-
tion, hereinafter called "COMPANY".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, WAGNER GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation, and
others, executed and delivered to F~,pg~~ NATIONAL BANK AT
ORLANDO a certain promissory note dated July 2U, lyb~i, in che
original principal amount of $865,8~0.00, and
WHEREAS, said note was secured by a certain mortgage of
even date therewith executed by said wA(3NER GROVES, INC., in
favor of said bank, which mortgage is recorded in Official Record
Book 94, page 556, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, said mortgage has subsequently been modified as ~
reflected in said public records, and `
WHEREAS, KAY TWO is now the fee title owner of the
property encumbered by said mortgage, and said note and mortgage
has been assigned to the COMPANY, and
WHEREAS, WAGNER GROVES, INC. a Florida corporation, and_
a maker and endorser of the note given and secured by the s aid
mortgage, has consented to this modification, and
WHEREAS, BURTON SMITH GRQVES, INC., a dissolved Florida
corporation, and a maker and endorser of a note given and secured
by a mortgage on said property and recorded in Offic~al Record
Book 95, page 137, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
which mortgage has since been modified snd which note and mortgage
are now owned by the COMPANY, has consented to this modification,
and
