MODIFICATION AGREEMENT ~~a
THIS MODIFICATION AaREEMENT, effective the 30th day
of June, 1971, by and between KAY TWO GROVE, LIMITED, a limited
partnership under the laws of Florida, hereinafter called "KAY
TWO", and CODINECTICUT GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Connecti-
cut corporation, hereinafter called "COMPANY".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, BURTON SMITH GROVES, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion and others, executed and delivered to THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK AT ORLANDO a certain promissory note dated July 20, 1964,
in the original principal amount of ~876.150.00, and
WHEREAS, said note was secured by a certain mortgage of
even date therewith executed by said BURTON SMITH GROVES, INC. ,
in favor of said Bank, which mortgage is recorded in Official
Hecord Book 95, page 13fi, Public Recorns of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, said mortgage has subsequently been modified
as reflected in said public records, and
~ WHEREAS, KAY TWO is now the fee title owner of the

~ property encumbered by said mortgage, and said note and mortgage

has been assigne d to the COMPANY, and
WHEREAS, BURTON SMITH GROVES, INC., a dissolved Florida
corporation, and a maker and endorser of the note given and
secured by the said mortgage, has consented to this modification,
and
WHEREAS, WAGNER GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation,
and a maker and endorser of a note given and secured by a mortgage
on said property and recorded in Official Record Book 94, page
556, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage
has since been modified and rrhich note and mortgage are now owned
by the COI?iPANY, has consented to this modification, and
