Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or he~eafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including afl apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to suppty heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventil;aiion or
other services, and any othe~ ihing now or hereafter thereln or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
