incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and reco~ded pursuant to 69~.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book pages~.~§..~$ of the public reaords of Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. AI! rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successo~s and assigns of ihe Mo~tgagor and Mortgagee.
