ARTICLES OF A(3REEMENT made t i ~

between Hazel J. Harris, an unremarried widow, ~
party of the first part and Stephen Moon and Martha D. Moon, his w3fe, !
parties of the second p$rt, 104 N. 39th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH, that if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments ar,d perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first part,
~ereby covenants and agreeSto convey and assure to the said parties of
• the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in
fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever by a good and sufficient
deed the following described property, to-wit:
South 25 feet of Lot 5, North 50 feet of Lot 6 and North
50 feet of the West half of Lot 7, in Block 2, of Wilbuwe,
as per plat thereof on file in plat book 6, page 24, public
records of St. Lucie County, FLorida.
and said parties of the second part hereby covenants and agree to
pay to the said party of the first part, her heirs and assdgns, at her
office in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of $15,000.00 in the follow-
ing manner, to-wit:
(1) $1,000.00 on the signing of this instrument, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged.
(2) $121.00 per month interest and principal payment starting on
the 15th day of April, A.D. 1972 and on the 15th of each and

i~` balance of $11~,000.00 is paid in full. The aforesaid interest
