ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That FRASER MORTGAGE COMPANY,
an Ohio corporation, party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of TEN DOLLARS (310.00) and other valuable considerations, received
from or on behalf of FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF THE
PALM BEACHES, having its principal office at 215 South Olive Avenue,
West Palm Beach, Florida, party oi' the ~econa parc, ati or oei~i•e ViIC
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain mortgage
bearing date the 27th day of February, 1971, made by FORT PIERCE FIELDS
PLAZA, a~oint venture of rtelvin F. Sembler, Fred A. Beshara, Albert
Dangler and Nicholas Manos, in favor of FRASER MORTGAGE COMPANY and
recorded in Official Records Book 191, at page 109 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon a Parcel of land in Section 22,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described in said mortgage.
TOGETHER with the note or obligation described in said
mortgage, and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest
from the Ilth day of May, 1972.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the party of the
first part has caused these presents
to be executed in its name and its
corporate seal to be hereunto aFfixed,
by its proper officers thereunto duly
