either of said Mortgages to the contrary, it is expressly
understood that the Mort~agee waives any right to a Def~ciency
Judgment against the Mortgagor and that the extent of the
personal liability of the Mortgagor is limited to the value of
the Mortgagor's right, title and interest in and to the property
securing the consolidated indebtedness.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents
