a point on the East right of way line of U.S. Highway No. l,

feet to the point of beginninq; ~
Thence run east parallel to the aforesaid 1/4 Section line,
233 feet to a point;
Thence run North parallel ~~ith the East right of wa,y l~ne of

line of the James Paxson pro~erty;
Thence run East paralleY to the aforesaid 1/4 Section line

Less and excepting the west 83 feet thereof ad~oining U.S.
Highway No. 1 right of way in accordance with that certain Grant
of Easement from the City of Fort Pierce, a Municipal Corporation
of the State of Florida, to the Central Bank and Trust Company of
Miami, dated October 7, 1963, and recorded in O.R. Book 85,
