Commencing at the i»tersection of the North Line of the

Thence run East along the said 1/11 ~ection line 40 feet to
a point on the East right of way line of U.S. Hiqhwa,y No. 1,
Thence run South aion~; Said F.as~ riqht of waY line 1,553.2
feet to the point of beqinninQ; •
Thence run east parallel to the aforesaid 1/4 Section line,
233 feet to a point;
Thence run North parallel with the East right of wa,y line of
U.S. Hlghway No. 1, 150 feet to a ooint in the South prooerty
line of the James Paxson pronerty;
