Personally appeared before me the undersigned official duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgments JOHN A. REED, to me we11-
known and known by me to be the per son who made the following affidavit.
I, JOHN A. REED did represent LOUISE McLAREN CONE who on the
l9th day of November, 1963 did sign a Warranty Deed to ROBERT W. HOLT
and SALLY CATHERINE HOLT, his wife, which said Deed was recorded in
O. R. Book ?5, page 279 of the Public Records of S~ Lucie County, Florida.
I know of my own knowledge that LOTJI,SE McLAREN CONE was a single
woman on the 19th day of November 1963.
I further represented ROBERT W. HOLT III and SALLY CATHERINE
HOLT and I can attest to the fact that ROBERT W. HOLT III was a single ma
on the lqth day,of No~rember, 1963 and that the marriage beiween ROBERT W.
HOLT III and SALLY CATHERINE HOLT was illegal as ROBERT W. HOLT
married and his divorce from that wife was not yet final when the alledged
marriage between said ROBERT W. HOLT III and SALLY CATHERINE HOLT
took place.
I further am aware that SALLY CATHERINE HOLT obtained an annulme t
of the marriage between herself and ROBERT 1N. HOLT III in the state of
~reor gia.
ROBERT W. HOLT III did appear at my office approximately a year
ago and I did accompany him to Fort Pierce, Florida where he did attempt to
collect money from SALLY CATHERINE BAKER formerly SALLY CATHER
HOLT, she being the same person as the SALLY CATHERINE HQLT residin
at 5501 S. Federal Highway, Ft. Pierce, Florida as set forth in the Warranty
Deed made on May 17, 1965 from ROBERT W. HOLT III to SALLY CATHERI
HOLT and recorded in O. R. Book 140, pages 25 and 26 0£ the Public Recards
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
I further afirm that I did contact SALLY BAKER formerly SALLY
CATHERINE HOLT a-k-a SALLY CATHERINE BAKER on or about April 6,
