1972 at her home located at 9998 Highway AIA, Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida and that SALLY BAKER did indicate that she was a single woman,
that after the marriage to ROBERT W. HOLT III she did Iearn that he was
still married and that therefore, her marriage to him was illegal and that sh
did obtain an annulment of that marriage in the state of Georgia and that she
had to go to the General Hospital in Lakeland, Florida; but would furni~h
affid~vits to the matters referred to directly above.

This affidavit is given to assure to Abstract and Title Corporation of
Florida all information necessary to clear the title of the following described
real property;
The North 215 feet of Lot 51, WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION,
according to the ~lat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at page
23 of the public x:ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida, being
Iocated in Sectiou 3, Township 36 South, Range 40 East:
LESS and except the East 42' for State road right-of-way.
TOGETHER with the buildings lotated thereon.
Subject to mortgage to M; E. Woodruff and Ethel B. Woodruff,
his ~~ife, i:: ±~p erigi~l grincipal sum of $22, 500.00, payable
at the rate of $249. 81 per month due and payable on the 16th
day of each month, which said mortgage is assumed by Sally
Catherine Holt in her sole name.
This being the property which SALLY CATHERINE HOLT, a single
adult 5501 S. Federal Highway, Ft. Pierce, Florida did convey to Mary
Harwood 1142 Hernando, Ft. Pierce, Florida on April 10, 19b7 and recorded
in the O. R. Book 170, page 2888 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County ,
Florida. As this property is subject to sale by Mary Harwood, a wiflow to
Ed Giddings and is the same property as is set forth in the describtion before
mentioned.
