Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including al) apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie units or c~n-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigerotion, ventiliation or
