corporation, hereinafter referred tc ae "Borrow~er", and NATIQNAL LIFS
" INSURANCS CO~MPANY. a corporation of the State of Verawnt, hereinafter
referred to as "Lender".
WITI~SSETH:
W~RSAS, Lender is the holder of certain notes dated March 24,
1965, and October 30, 1968, executed by ARNCON, INC. O~ FORT P~RCB,
a Florida corporation; and,
WIi~RSAS, said ARNCON, ~INC. OF FORT P~RCS has heretofore executed_
mortgagea to secure the same of above described notes, which said
mortgages are recorded in O. R. Book 114, Page 81, and O. R. Book
174, Page 1396, respectively, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Which said mortgagea conatitute a lien against certain
property described therein; and,
W~REAS, said ARNCON, INC. OF FORT PIERCB has transferred the
title to the real property described in the above mortgages together
~ with additional property deacribed as follows, to-wit:

Fran the intersection of the east line of LaFond Subdivision
and the south line of Baeter Avenue run east alonq the eouth
line of $aeter Avenue 93 feet for Point of Beqiruii~, thence
continue East 87 feet, thence south paralle? with the east
line of LaFond Subdivision 136.5 feet, then w~est 87 feet,
then north 136.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, in Section
9, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.

W~ItEAS, EDEN PARR 1r1ANAGBI~NT, INC. has applied to ar~i received
from Lender, consent to the transfer of said mortgaged property fran
ARNCON, INC. OF FORT PIERCB to EDEN PARtC MANAGB~MBNT, INC.
N~T, THEI~FORS, in conisideration of the aforesaid, Borrower dces
hereby agree that covenanta of the coneolidated mortgagee held by Lender
as here above deecribed shall secure not only the lar~d described therein
but shall also secvre and constitute a lien upon the pxaperty herein-
