WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 21 day of April ,~972
by and between RICHARD A. SCHAMBACH an ELEAN R M. SCHAMBACH, is wife,
515 Ocean Avenue, Avon By The Sea, N.J. 07717, Grantors, parties of the
First Part, and HOWARD E. RIDGWAY and MARY P. RIDGWAY, his wife,
31 Huntleigh Woods, St. Louis, Missouri 63131, Grantees, parties of the
Second Part:
WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the First Part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, to
them in hand paid by the parties of the Second Part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the s~id ~

ing described real property, County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,

and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
ever. ~
