the State of Florida, dated January 12, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book ~82,
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Paqe 1001, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of S 665.00 , hereby on this ~ S~h

real property in that County described as:
Lot No. 29-~H , Section I , in that certain Condominium known as
OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AI~RICA at Nettles Island, according to plat of Nettles
Island Project; Plat Book 16, Paqes l, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condominium, Official Record,Book 186, Paqe 2720 as last
aiaended Official Record Book 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record in the
p~fice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, F2orida, together
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amendeci) as common elements and limited comm~on
elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
beloriging or in anywise appertaining; ~
without impairing the lien on the remaining part of the property described in that
Mortqaqe. .
