Together with all buitdings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereake~ erected there-
on or placed therein, inciuding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in sinflle units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeratian, ventitiatton or
