Together with all buildings, irr~provements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed the~ein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
tr~lly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter the~ein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including sueens, window shadAs, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heatera (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically aHached thereto or ~not); and also together with
all easements ar~d the rents, issues and profita of said premises which sre hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether rww due or hereaher to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mo~tgagee is hereby subrogsted to the ~ights of all mort•
gagees, lienholde~s and owners paid off by the proceeds of the losn hereby secured.
