fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto. ~
Parcel "B": Lots 14 and 15 of HILLVIEW SUBDIVISION, being a part of
the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 and
the South 730 feet of the Southwest -1/4 of the Northwest
1/4, all in Section 21, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
lying between U. S. Highway No. 1 and State Road No. 605,
as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 52 of the Public
, Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; excepting therefrom

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament~ and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appettaining. a~ also all buildings. structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon. tosether with and including all of the boilers. machines. haating plant, lightin~ plant. and all
plumbing spparaWs, fixtures, appliancea, ventilating equipment. toilets, basins. elecuic heating and lighting
plants, li~htin~ fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele-
vators, includinE passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now
or hereafter Iceated in the building upon said land. aod all other machinery. appliances and apparatus nuw ot

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mottgaged, pledged or as-
s~gned by the Mottgagor, or intended so to be, unto 1he Mortgagee, in fee simple. ~
And the ~lortgasor covenants with the !Nortgagee, that the '1lortgagor has full power and lawful risht to
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all time~ peaceably and
quietly to entet upon. hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as
may be herein describad; that the Mortgagot will make such further assuran~es to perfect the fee simple title to
sa~d land in the Mort`agee as may reasonably be required; and that the Abrtgagur hereby fully warrants the titlt
