ises hereinafter described, being pa~t of said mohgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises mnveyed by said

tion of Candominium xecorded in O. R. Book
198, at page 2833, of the Public Records of
- St. Lucie County, Florida, as the same is
amended in O. R. Book 199, at page 850, of
the Public RecoYds of St. Lucie County,
Florida, TOGETHER WITH all of its appurtenances
according to said Declaration.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Robert F. Early and wife Imogene Britt Early
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and diuharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impaat, ;alter or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining pa~t of said mortgaged
premiscs, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereo#. ~
