Yogether with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appu~tenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trolly controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by fessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, inc(uding ureena, window shadAs, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water henters (all of which are intended to be and ere hereby
declared to be a part of said reat estate whether physically atteched thereto or `not); and ~also together with
ail easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby p)eclgecl, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unta ihe Mortgagee, whether now due or hereaher to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured Fureby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
