County, Florida, and the West right-of-way line of U.S.
Hiqhway.l (Florida Hiqhway No. 5) same being on the South
line of South Market Avenuet thence West alonq the South
line of South Market Avenue, 464.9 feet; thence South 165
feet; thence East 464.9 feet, more or less, to the West
right-of way line of U.S. 8ighway 1; thence North 165
feet to the point of beginninq, LF~S the Sast 175 feet
thereof .

Before me, an officer duly authorized-to take acknowledg-
ments and administer oaths, appeared MR. L. A. O'LAUGHLIN, JR.,
who, after being by me first duly sw~orn, upon oath says: That my
name is L. A. O'LAUGHLIN, JR., that affiant is a practicinq attor-
ney in St. Lucie County, Florida, and has been for over 15 years
last past; that affiant is well acquainted with ARCH MAULDIN and
ANN MAULDIN, his wife, the awners of the aforedescribed property.
Affiant further states that he is well acquainted with ARCBIE
MAULDIN and TRiI~Y MAULDIN, his wife, the defendants in Civil Action

No. 69-217, which resulted in a Final Judgment being obtained
agai.nst said individuals on February 10, 1970. Affiant furthe=
states that ARCH MAULDIN and ARCHIE MAULDIN, is one and the same
person and that AIIli MAULDIN and TRUDY MAULDIN, is one and the same
