This mortgage shall also secure the payment of any future advances or
loans that may be made by the Mortqagee to the Mortgagor at any time
within ten years hereafter even though no indebteclness is outstandinq
hereunder, provided that the maximum principal amount of monies so
secured shall not exceed $14,000.00 at any one time, and provided
further that such advances or loans shall be evidenced by separate
written instruments to invoke the terms hereof.
This mortgage is a re-recording of that certain mortgage between the
parties dated May 8, 1972 and recorded in O. R. Book 202 at Page 369
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The intanqiL~7e
personal property tax af $28.00 was paid on said date. Said original
