PARTIAL RELEASE OF JUDGMENT LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That C.I.T. Corporation,
a New York corporation, plaintiff in the above-styled cause,
wherein a Judgment was rendered on the Sth day of January,
1971, in the above-entitled Court for the sum of $120,786.87
aqainst North Beach Development Company, a Florida corporation,
and D. B. Putnam, the defendants therein, said Judgment being
recorded in Official Records Book 189, pages 2545 and 2546,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby for and
i in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable consid-
~ erations, forever release, satisfy and discharge the hereafter
described property from the effects of said Ju3gment Lien, ~y
to-wit:
SEE DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AS EXAIBIT "A."
That the execution of this Partial Release of Judgment
Lien is intended solely to release the herein described property
from the Judqment Lien herein referenced and the execution -
~ hereof shall not constitute a release of any or all sums herein
due and owing under the aforesaid Judgment, or amount to a waiver ~
of any and/or all cumulative rights held under the Judgment
herein referenced.
