Flaintiff in the above-styled cause. wherein a Judgment was rendered
on the 30th day of March. 1971, in the above-entit~ed Court for the
sum of $643.50 against NORTH BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. a Florida
corporation. Defendant therein, said Jud~ment recorded in O.R. Book
191~. Uage 1010. of the ~ublic records of St. Lucie County. Florida,
does hereby. for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other .
valuable considerations, forever release, satisfy and discharge the
hereafter described property from the effects of said Judgment lien,
to-wit : -

That the execution of this Partial Release of Judgmenti Lien
is intended solely t o release the herein de scribed nrope rty from the
Judgment lien herein referenced and the execution hereof shall not con-
stitute a release of any or all sums herein due and owin~ under the
aforesaid Jud~ment, or amount to a waiver of any and/or all cumulative
rights held under the Jud~ment herein referenced.
