KNOW ALL MEN BY THFSE PRFSENTS. that MOVIELAB. INC., a New
York corporation, Plaintiff in the above-styled cause, wherein a Jud~-
ment was rendered on the 2£~th day of September, 1970. in the above-
entitled Court for the sum of $95•9$9•5~ against NORTH BEACH DEVELOP-
MENT COMPANY. a Florida corporation. and DAV~D BINNEY PUTNAM. JR..
Defendants therein. said Judgment recorded in O.R. Book 1$$. pa~es
$$3 and $$4, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable consid-
erations, forever release, satisfy and dischar~e the hereafter des-
cribed property from the effects of said Jud~ment lien. to-wit:
SEE DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHI~IT "A".
That the execution of this Partial Release of Jud~ment Lien
is intended solely to release the herein described property from the
Judgment Li.en herein referenced and the exe cution hereof shall no~ con-
stitute a release of any or all sums herein due and owin~ under the
aforesaid Jud~ment. or amount to a waiver of any and/or all cumulative
ri~hts held under the Jud~ment herein referenced.
