etc., public recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the holder
of the mortgaqe executed by ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as Trustee, to
WILLIAM C. SCHIr1IDT, dated April 28, 1970, and recorded ir? Official
Records Hook 184, page 1175, etc., public records of St. I.ucie
County, Florida, said mortgaqes having been conaolidated into one
mortgaqe lien by the Mortgaqe Conaolidation and Extension Agree-
ment entered into between WILLIAM C. SCHI~IIDT and ROGER L. TOFFOLON~
as Trustee, dated April 24, 1970, and recorded in Official Recorda
Book 184, paqe 1178, etc., public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in consideration of the s~~??~ o~ $23 s 638.90 , in hand ~aid
by ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as Trustee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledqed, hereby on this /2 ~X. ,~day of May , 197 2, re-
leases from the lien of the aforesaid mortqaqes, as consolidated,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described o~:
PARCEL A: The South 95.00 feet of the North 2327.51 feet

perty, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida~ to wit:
A tract of land in Sections 22 and 27, Township 36 South,
Ranqe 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded on the
South by a line parallel to and 765 feet Northerly (measured
at right anglesj from the South line of said Section 27;
on the North by a line parallel to and 6,323.74 feet North-
erly (measured at riqht anqles) from the South line of said
Section 27; on the West by the waters of the Indian River;
and on the East by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean;
PARCEL B: The South 102.50 feet of the North 2512.16
feet of the Southerly 3502.06 feet of a parcel of submerqed
(and/or partially filled) land in (or formerly inj the Indian

cribed as follows in Deed No. 214383 from Trusteea of the
Internal Improvement Fund to William C. Schmidt, recorded

mark of the Indian River for the point of beginninq; thence
South 69'15~ Weat 620 feet; thence North 22'OS' West 4,000
feet; thence North 69'15' East 620 feet, more or less, to
the mean hiqh water mark of the Indian River; thence South-
easterly along 8aid mean hiqh water mark to the point of
beqinninq.
