Part, and D. A. p., INC., a Florida Corporation whose Poat
Office address is Box 673. Fort Pier~e, Florida, Party of the
Second Part,

The Parties of the First Part on the 14th day of March,
1972, pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, dated March 8, 1972, and in consideration of
the premises, and of the full payment of an agreement previously
entered into between W. A. PAL1~lSR and the Grantee herein, and .
the other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grant,
bargain, sell, alien, r~mise, release, convey and confirm to
the Party of the Second Part, and to its successors and assigns
