KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT LOUIS A. CHESLER and MOLLY CHESLER, his wife, parties
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of TEN & no/100-DOLLARS
lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by WALTER E.
HELLER & COMPANY OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation, party of the
second part, at or before the ensealinq and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, nave granted, bargained
sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the
second part a certain Purchase Money Mortgage bearing the 16th day of
December, 1971, made ~y The Kiplinger Washington Editors, Inc., a
Delaware corporation, and recorded in Official Records Book 198 at Pac~e
69 Public Records of St. Lucie Countp'; 'F'rSY`fcTa, upon e o owing
descri e piece or parce o an , situate and being in St. Lucie
County, State of_Florida, to-wit:
"The N 3000 ft. of Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 of Section 32, Township 35 South,
Range 41 East, the same being a strip of land 3000 ft. measured from North
to South, extending from the N line of Section 32 and bounded on the East
by the Atlantic Ocean and on the West by the Indian River, the S line of
said tract being bounded by a line parallel to and 3000 ft. South of the
North boundary line of said Section 32, less the N 1552.85 ft. thereof,
together with all littoral and riparian rights appertaininq to the Atlantic
Ocean and the Indian River; LESS AND EXCEPTING the right-of-way for State
Road A-1-A as described in Section 94050-2107, according to the right-of-
way map of said road recorded in Map Book 1, at Pages 33 and 34 in the
office of the Clerk of•the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida."
TOGETHER WITH the note or obligation described in said mortgage and the
monies due and to become due thereon, with interest from the 16th day
of December, 1971,
