Together with all buildings, improvements, fixfures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including alt apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
tratly controNed, used to supply heat, gas, air tonditie>ning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereaher therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including sueens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water he~ters (all of whith are intended to be and are hereby
~ declared to be a part of said reat estate whesher physically att~eched thereto or not); and also together with
all easements and the rents, issves and profifs of said premises which are f~ereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whetF?e~ now due or hereafier fo become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of a!! mort•
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the p~oceeds of the loan hereby secured.
