by IRVING KAGAN, EDITH K. GROSSMAN an DRED K. STRIAR, as
Ancillary Executors of the Will of Max Kagan, deceased, and ETHEL C.
KAGAN, the unremarried widow of Max Kagan, deceased, hereinafter called
the grantors, to LLOYD TAYLOR whose post office address is 406 South 5th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow- -
ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
viz:
An undivided one-half interest in and to thP foltowing described
land;
That land in Section 16, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
lying East of the St. Lucie River and between the lines de-
scribed as follows:
From the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, run North along the East line of said Section
16, 250 feet to a point of beginning, from said point of be-
ginning, run West 313 feet, more or less to the edge of a
channel of the St. Lucie River then return to the point of be-
ginning and continue north along the East line of Section 16,
1084. 05 feet, thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes West a
647.13 feet, thence South 62.18 feet, thence South ?2 degrees
28 minutes West 208 feet, more or less, to the St. Lucie ~ o
River, less the East 30 feet thereof for right-of-way of
Oleander Avenue. ~
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
~ thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the said Ancillary Executors do hereby covenant to and with the
grantee, his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and
about said sale and this conveyance the order of the Court of the County Judge
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida have been
followed and complied with in all respects.
AND the said Ethel C. Kagan, the unremarried widow of Max Kagan,
deceased, does join herein for the sole purpose of evidencing her release of
right of dower in and to the within described real property, she having elected
to take under the Will of said Max Kagan, deceased.
