the St. Lucie River and between the lines described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, run North along the East line of said Section 16, 250 feet to a
point of beginning, from said point of beginning, run West 313 feet, more
or less to the edge of a channel of the St. Lucie River then return to the
point of beginning and continue north along sa4 d East line of Section 16,
1084. 05 feet, thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes West 647.13 feet, thence
South 62.18 feet, thence South ?2 degrees 28 minutes West 208 feet, more
