remise, release, convey, assign~ and confira~ unto the said biortgagee all that certain parcel of land of which the
said Mortgagor ia now seiaed and poas~sed aad in actw~l poeeeesion, aituated in the oounty of St. Iiucie and
State of Florids, deecribed as follows:
Lot 23, RIVSRGATS ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 66 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The mortgagor covenants and agrees that so long as this mortqage and said
note secured hereby are insured or guaranteed under the provisions of the
Serviceman's Readjustment Act, as amended, he will not execute or file for
record any instrutment which imposes a restriction upon the sale or xcupancy
of the mortgaqed property on the basis of race, color or creed. Upon any
violation of this undertaking, the mortqagee may, at its option, declare the
unpaid balance of the debt secured hereby imnediately due and payable.
The mortgaqor further covenants that should the Veterans Ac~ainistration fail
or refuse to issue its guaranty of the loan secured by this mortgage under
the Provision of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944, in the sum of
$12,501.38 within si.xty days fran the date of the loan would normally bec~ae
eligible for such guaranty, the mortgagee here~n may, at its option declare
all sums secured by this mortgage imanediately due and payable.

which are, and shall be deemed to be, 6xtures and a part of the realty, sad are a portion of the securitq for the
indebtedness herein mentioned:
