Florida corporation. by and through its undersigned attorney and respectfully
represents that there has been no adverse pleadings filed in this cause and
this cause has been amicably settled, and it therefore moves this Court for
an order dismissing the cause with prejudice at cost to the plaintiff and
I dismissing Lis Pendens filed herein.
