an officer duly authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgment~, Nardie
Hines, Jr. , and Jewell Hiaes, hi s wife, who, after being sworn, depose and say:
1. That they are the owners of the following-described property:
Lot ?0, SHERATON PLAZA, U1VIT TWO REPLAT
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 16, page 2, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
2. That there are no mech.~nics' liens against the premises, and no
claims for labor, services or materials furnished for improving the premises
that remain unpaid to date, and that no work has been done nor materials
furnished, bills for which remain unpaid.
3. That the property is unencumbered by the lien of any judgment, writ
or attachment, income tax or intangible property tax made or suffered by the
affiants.
I~' 4. That there are no violations of zoning ordinances affecting the above-
described property; that affiants are in possession of the property.

~ 5. T~at affiants make this affidavit well knowing that it is being relied
upon and that any false statement contained in it would subject affiants to all
penalties imposed by law.
6. That this affidavit is made as an inducement for the Secretary of r I~

Housing and Urban Development to accept a conveyance from affiants.
