SULLIVAN, an unmarried woman, formerly known as EI~F~ANOR W.C. BAKER, also, formerly known as ELEANOR W. OOLLINS part~of the ~rst part (hereina[ter called "Mortgaaor") to BENJAMIN GOLDMAN AND YVETTE GOLDMAN, HIS WIFE. _ partieS of the second part (hereinafter cailed "Mortgagee"). WITNESSETH: That for divets good and valuable consideritions, aad also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the ptomissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mottgagor dces grant, bargain, sell. alien, remise, release, and convey and confirnn unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that certain tract o[ land of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in~fi~ County, Florida, described as follows: S t.
