in consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1,00 and other c~ood and valuable oonsideration which
t/we have reoeived, I/we and those hald+ng through me/us, grant a~d give.to you and your wccessors an easement
for the constniciio~, operation and maintenance of electric utility fxilities Iincluding wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or.
cables of any other Company or person; als~, to cut, trim and keep clear all bn~sh and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our p~a
perty described as follows:
The East 130 feet of the East 2 of the SE 4 of the SW 4 of the NE 41
LES3 the North 30 feet thereof, all in Section 12, Township 35 South,
~ange 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
No poles will be placed on this easement execpt on the West property
Iine.
More par~icularly de~cribed as an easement five feet in ~ridth, the
centerline of which is l~.2.5 feet northerly of and parallel to the South
line of the North 2 of the Section.
