Before me, an officer duly authorized to take acknowledgments
and administer oaths, personally appeared Roger Poitras, who,
after being by me duly sworn, upon oath says:
Thay my name is Roger Poitras; that affiant is the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and, as such,
the custodian of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
affiant further states that there is only one plat in the plat
books of St. Lucie County entitled "Revised plat of HOI~ ACRES
_ SUBDIVISION, Unit No. 2" and,-that the said plat is recorded in
Plat Book 7 at page 42 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Affiant says nothinq further.
