on file in Plat Book 7, page 42, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
STATL OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
Norma Day, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath
says:
T'hat my name is Norma Day; that affiant is the daughter
of Cecil A. Russ anc'~ Ruby M. Russ, the grantees ir? that certain
deed dated and recorded March 3, 1954 in Deed Book 188 at page
555 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant
further states that the said Cecil A. Russ and Ruby M. Russ are
the parents of affiant, and that they were married to each other
on March 3, 1954 and were continuously man and wife through the
date of sale of the above described property on February 14,. I957.
Affiant says nothing further.
DATED this day of May, 1972.
