TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
ABRAM G. THOMAS, who after being first duly cautioned and sworn says:
1. That he is the husband of GERTRUDE H. THOMAS.
2. That he and GERTRUDE H. THOMAS were-married to each
other prior to and subsequent to the 9th day of February, 1967 and
has lived with her constantly since their marriage.
3. That the Order entered on February 9, 1967 by the
Honorable J. M. Sample declarinq one GERTRUDE THOMAS to be incompetent
is not the same GERTRUDE THOMAS as his wife, GERTRUDE H. THOMAS.
4, That at.no time has she been declared incompetent by
the County Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida, or any other Court
having competent jurisdiction.
