KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
That CITROVE, INC., a Florida Corporatioa, the owner and holder of that
certain mortgage from R. W. CURRY to CREDIT REPORTS AND COtLECTIONS, INC.,
recorded in O.R. 106 at Page 186 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,Florida,
for and in consideration of the assumption of said Mortgage by I~lINTON GROVES,
a co-partnership of 0. R. MINTON and SHIRLEY MINTON, do herebq remise and releas~
said R. w. CURRY from any and all personal liabilitq for any further payment on
the promissory nct~ secured by the above 3eacribed mortgage and of anq further
liability for payment of said mortgage; provided, however, that thfs release shaZl
not impair the validity of said mortgage or the covenants contained therein.
