THIS INDENTURE, executed the 5th day of April, 1972, between
Ann A. Davis, as ancillary administratrix of the estate of Raymond O.
Miller, deceased, first party; and Franco Rogolino, whose mailing
address is 113 North 18th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, second
party;
WHEREAS, Raymond O. Miller died seized and possessed of
the following described property, lying, being and situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 4, LILEM SUBDIVISION, a resub-
division of Lots 30, 31, 32 and 33 of Maravilla Gardens,
Unit 1, as.per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page
55 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
WHEREAS, Ann A. Davis, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, has been appointed the duly qualified ancillary adminis-
t tratrix of the estate of Raymond O. Miller, deceased; and
WHEREAS, Ann A. Davis did petition the County Judge's
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction
of the estate of Raymond O. Miller, for authority to sell the
'~~'above described property to the second party and for an order
~i~~i~,:i authorizing such sale; and

__~f~ o WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the 14th day of
Z'~j N~February, 1972, enter an order authorizing the sale of the

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considera-

N W tions, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the first party,
the first party, as ancillary administratrix of the estate of '

o~ Raymond O. Miller, deceased, does grant, bargain, sell and convey
Am unto the second party, his heirs, personal representatives and•
~"`~~~°a assigns, forever, the lands described and all their appurtenances .
Al ~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the second party, his heirs,
~iYN~..'1~. personal representatives and assigns, every right, title and
o~ ~interest of which Ann A. Davis, as ancillary administratrix, is now
o`,!'~ o seized and possessed and of which Raymond O. Miller died seized
and possessed, as fully and completely as Ann A. Davis, as
'R ancillary_administratrix ae aforesaid, could or should convey the
property under and pursuant to the orders of the above mentioned
