dated March 29, 1971, filed April 12, 1971, and re-
corded in Off icial Records Book 191, page 1749, St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records, in the principal
sum of Z'hree Hundred Fifty 'i"housand ($350,000.00)
Dollars. •
PARCEL II: That certain parcel of land lying in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and being in Government Lot 3
and the North one-half of the North one-half of Govern-
ment Lot 4, Section 2, Township 37 South, Range 41 East,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Start where the South line of the North 330.00 feet
of Government Lot 4, Section 2, Township 37 South, Ra:.S=
4i East ~.:;~~rsects the centerline of State Road A-1-A;
thence run North 22°58'O1" West along said centerline,
a distance of 441.53 feet to the Point of Beginning;
thence run North 81°55'S2" Ea st, a distance of 5?3.~9
feet, more or less, to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean;
thence run North 22°54'06" West along said waters, a .
distance of 506.72 feet, more or less, to a point, which
point is the point of intersection of the Hutchinson
Island South Property Line of that certain Nettles Island
Project, according to plat thereof, Plat Book 16, page 1,
(a) T'hru (j~ with the waters of the At3antic Qcean; thence
run South 73°4S' West, and along said South Property Line
of Nettles Zsland Project, a distance of 51Q.32 feet,.
more or less, to point of intersection with the said
centerline of State Road A-1 A(which point also is
described as "Point of Beginning" of the description of
the lands conveyed by that certain deed filed tor record
in Official Records Book 168, page 413, public records of
St. Lu~ie County, Florida); thence continue to run South
73°45'00" West and along said South Property Line of
Nettles Island Project, a distance of 1030.34 feet, more
or less, to the waters of the Indian River; thence along said
waters run South 45~02'23" East, a distance of 338.67 feet,
more or less, to the point of intersection with a line
. which bears South 81°55'S2" West from the Point of Beginning;
thence run North 81°55'S2" East along lastly said line a
distance of 927.16', more or less, to the Point of Beginnin5;
Less and Excepting right-of-way of State Road A-1-A.

This Deed is given subject to and the Grantee by the
