In c~onsideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable cjor~sideration which
f/we have reoeived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the oonstniciion, operation and mainienance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the r'ight to recortstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all irees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows: .
From the Northeast corner of the NW4 of the NE; of
Section 33 - Township 35 South - Range 40 East, run westerly
aiong the north iine of said Section 33 a distance of 475
feet; thence run south a distance of 25.5 feet to the Point
of 8eginning of the centerline of a 5-foot wide easement, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
i From said Point of Beginning, run south a distance of
~ 25 feet to the end of the easement herein described, all in
~ Section 33 - Township 35 South - Range 40 East, St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
