tn consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have receiverl, I/we and those holding ihrough me/us, grant and give to you and your suocessors an ea9ement
for the construction, operation and mai~tenance of electric utility facilities (inciuding wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ri~t to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of o~ remaue such facilities or any of therr~; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our p~o-
perty described as follows: -
From the Northeast corner of the NW4 of the NE4 of •
Section 33 - Township 35 South - Range 40 East, run so~therly
along the east line of the NMI4 of the NEQ of said Section 33
a distance of 28 feet to the Paint of Beginning of the center-
line of a 10-foot wide easement, the centerline of which is
described as follows:
From said Point of Beginning, run westerly parailel to
and 28 feet south of fihe north iine of Section 33 a distance
of 500 feet to an existing Fiorida Power and Light Company pole
' and anchor, and the end of the easement herein described; a71
