Gentlemen:
In oonsideration of the payment to me/us by you of s1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
!/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you a~d your wccessors a~ easement
for the oonstru+ction, operation and maintenance of elect~ic utility facilities ~including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstruct, imprave, add
to, change the size of or remove such facilit~es or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wi~es or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear aU trees, brush and underg~owth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our~pro-
perty described as follows:
From ;.~e ~artheast corner of the NWQ of the NE4 of
Section 33 - Township 35 South - Range 40 East, run westerly
along the north line of said Section 33 a distance of 475
feet; thence run sovth a distance of 25.5 feet to the Point
of Beginning of the centerline of a 6-foot wide easement, the
centerline of which is described as follows:
From said Point of Beginning, run westerly a distance
of 453 feet to a point which is 23 feet south of the north
line of Section 33, and which is the end of the easement herein
~ described and the westeriy limits of the White City Cemetery
property; aii in Section 33 - Township 35 South - Range 40
f East, St. Lucie Coanty, Florida.
