WARRANTY DEED ~
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~ day of , 1972, by
OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC.,of Tennessee, ereinafter c e Grantor,
to RESORTS LIMITED, a limited partnership, organized under th aws of t he State
of Tennessee which has qualified in the State of Florida, he einafter called
Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assi ns of individuals, and the succ~ssors and assigns of corp-
oration.~
- NITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideratio~ of the sum of 510.00
and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Dy
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
viz:
- Start at the Northwest corner of Goverm~ent Lot 1, Section 2, Town-
ship 37 South, Range 41 East; thence run South 00°08'21" East, along
the West line of said Lot 1 and Southerly extension thereof, a dis-
tance of 2124.84 fe2t; thence run North 75°02'37" E~~t tn said center

road center line, a distance of 73.93 feet to a point in the center
line of State Road AlA; thence run North 819'07'38" East a distance of
51.19' to point of intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of

~ect, Plat Book 16, Page 16, Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, which point is point of beginning, thence run South 21"13'S2"
' East along the Easterly Right-of-way line of State Road AlA a~d3stance
~ of 383.43 feet to a point; thence North 75°29'09° East a distance of
4T0 feet + to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meander said
~ waters Northwesterly a distance of 333 feet + to a point of intersec-
tion with the North line of Tract 16; thence South 81"07'38" west a
~ distance of 492.19 feet to the point of begi~ning. This parcel con-
taining 4 acres more or less..
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple, forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seized
of said land in fee sin~le; that it has good right and lawful authority to sell and
convey said land; that it hereby fully warrants the title toisaid land and will de-
fend the same against'the lawful claims of all persons, whomsoever; and that said
